You may not think of it very often when you lay down your head at night, but there was a lot involved in the production of your mattress.
Part of that production process happens in our factory. We deliver different articles to various big mattress brands.
Products
Our piping cord is used to add a nice finishing touch to the mattress.
We cut the fabrics delivered to us by the customer, which are subsequently used on the sides of the mattress. Every week, hundreds of rolls are cut to the desired width right here.
We have nonwovens in stock in various colours and grammages. Non-woven is very much used in the mattress industry. We cut it here to the width required by the customer.
Mattress binding is used for a beautiful finish of the sides of the mattress.
Hook-and-loop tape is used for finishing mattresses and/or boxsprings. We can also cut these ultrasonically to the right length and/or with a hole in them.
Elastics can be used in different ways for finishing mattresses or the like.
Handles are produced right here. These are then attached to the sides of the mattress.
The zippers are used to open or close the mattress covers. We can supply these in any length, they are custom made.
