We cut the customer’s fabrics into biais so that our customers can beautifully trim their umbrellas. This can be done either with the customer’s fabrics or with our own materials that we have in stock here.
Colour-matched bias tape, custom cutting and attachment straps
Bias tape is an essential finishing element in the parasol industry. You can choose from our range of cotton bias tape, available in a wide variety of stock colours — perfect for a tone-on-tone finish that matches the parasol fabric.
Alternatively, you can supply your own fabric, which we cut into custom bias tape in our workshop. This way, colour, texture and material match perfectly with the rest of the parasol.
We also supply woven polypropylene straps, which we ultrasonically cut to size. Snap fasteners can be pre-pressed into the webbing, ready for attachment to the parasol structure.
