Production-ready textiles for clothing and garment manufacturing
An efficient garment manufacturing process starts with textile components that have been accurately prepared. Bandfabriek Devos not only supplies a wide range of materials, but can also process them according to your specifications. We cut our own fabrics and customer-supplied materials into bias and straight binding, supply different types of elastic and manufacture products including piping cord, trouser kick tape and Vilene and interlining products.
By pre-folding materials or cutting them to the required width, they can be processed more efficiently during production. Together, we determine which material, colour and finish best suit your garment, collection or series production.
Products
We cut both our own fabrics and those delivered by our customers in bias for finishing the edges of clothes.
This tape has a kick binding and is used to reinforce and protect the inner hemline of the trousers.
Elastics can be used in different ways in clothing.
Vilene is used for reinforcement in clothing. We have over 15 years of experience in doing this.
Piping cord is used to give clothing a beautiful finishing touch.
Pre-folded materials speed up the production process. They can be fit directly onto the machines, avoiding problems during the unravelling of the fabric.
We can also produce trouser pockets for suits.
